Housing Community Project

Welcome to the Community Development Page for Spyns Inc. Currently running is the Housing Community Program (HCP) funded by Housing New South Wales. Monica Barac is the new HCP Worker in Kingswood Park and Cranebrook. The aim of the program is to provide training opportunities, social support and new initiatives for housing residents in the community who seek to enhance their skills or would like a social outlet.

The Cranebrook Estate Community Garden

When: Held every third Wednesday of every month

Time: from 3:30pm to 4:40pm

Where: Warndon Rd (Off Pendock Rd), Cranebrook

 

IT Drop In Support

When: Every Wednesday (During the School term)

Time: Starts at 1:30 to 3:30pm

Where: At the IT Centre, in the Cranebrook Housing New South Wales

building. 17 Progress Way (Off Pendock Rd), Cranebrook.

 

Drop In

(Fax, Internet Access, Printing and Telephone usage)

 

When: Every Friday

Time: from 9am to 10am

Where: At Spyns Inc Office, 3 Kington Place (Off Pendock Rd), Cranebrook.

 

Bingo

When: Every second Friday (During the School term). Commencing the

30th of April 2010 for School term 2.

Time: from 10am to 2pm

Where: At Spyns Inc Office,3 Kington Place (Off Pendock Rd), Cranebrook.

 

Food Bank

When: Twice a School Term on week 2 and week 8 both Tuesday and Thursday of that week.

Time: 9am to 12:30pm on Tuesday and Thursday.

Where: Cnr of Illawong Ave and Hillcrest Ave, Kingswood Park.

At the North Penrith Community Centre.

PLEASE NOTE: This program is only for Kingswood Park Residents.
