Aboriginal Services - Koori Kuppa Time

Koori Kuppa Time is a women’s and pregnancy support group that meets on Wednesday mornings. Childcare is provided. The group meets at Cranebrook Neighbourhood Centre at 11.30am.

The women enjoy art, crafts, activities, outings having a yarn about their life and experiences. Often there is a guest speaker – say from Health or Relationships Australia to talk about building skills to manage family life, healthy relationships, children’s education and behaviour and building self-esteem and self-determination in the women.

The group also provides a great opportunity for keeping isolated people connected to their community, and a great opportunity for the kids to interact too.

No referral is required to attend – just come along, bring a friend if you want to!

Pania is also available for Home Visits, referrals and extra support on an individual basis where required. She can help you if you need a hand with talking to Housing, DoCs, or there are other issues that you may need a hand to help overcome.
